Our frozen section is now open!  
Frozen casseroles and entrees are best if thawed in refrigerator all day
and then heated.  Singles or 2-3 servings then can be microwaved for 2 -3
minutes.  Meals for  4-5 can be microwaved for 4-6 minutes.
Our containers are microwaveable which makes it easy to go straight from
the freezer to the microwave.  Be sure and remove the lid.
